Hi All,
I thought I’d share this shot taken of baby Lula today, she’s 5 months old which is such a great age to photograph as babies are old enough to push themselves up on their tummies and look straight at the camera. Lula’s mum had this knitted hat which looks so adorable, it’s a lovely idea to add hats to baby shoots as when you look back in years to come with the tiny hat by your side you’ll wonder at how small it is and how big it looks in the picture!
I used a white silk for Lula to lie on as it was nice and soft and has a beautiful sheen in the pictures.

Just sharing a couple of portraits from my session with Catriona and her lovely family. This session was so relaxed with baby Auriella enjoying every moment – I was even treated to a beautiful song on the piano that Aurialla’s Dad had written for her, it was a lovely moment whilst Catriona fed Aurialla and we sipped tea before continuing with the shoot.

This was a beautiful photoshoot with baby Maya, very early days and she was very hungry! We waited patiently while she fed before capturing some wonderful intimate shots with both parents and baby.
This one was taken after her lovely big feed – I love the milk drunk look

I created a Pop Up Photography Studio at Tea Dance for Little People (TDLP www.tdlp.co.uk) for the Brockley Max festival this year – TDLP is a fantastic new space in Brockley run by Sally Donaldson and specially created for 0 – 5year olds – if you haven’t already it’s definitely worth checking out and your little ones will love it!
We finished the festival with an exhibition of portraits which graced the walls of TDLP and remained in the space for one month. It was wonderful to meet so many young families and to have such a fantastic response, thank you to all of you who took part!
I’ll be back at TDLP again this Autumn to create a special Halloween Pop Up studio – The studio will run from 28th – 31st October
