It’s a pleasure to share a small selection of portraits taken recently as part of a pregnancy, newborn and family portrait session package in Clapham.
I’ve photographed this family many times over the years and was delighted to capture their second pregnancy and the arrival of their beautiful newborn baby girl.
As you can see this gorgeous now ‘older’ brother was very excited to welcome his little sister into the world and we captured some beautiful moments with Mum before the big day.
When it came to the family portrait it seemed only natural that their beautiful spaniel should be included, she has been present and every single one of our sessions and I always include a separate portrait of her for the album.

Little fists …..
Aren’t these the most gorgeous little wrists you’ve seen, this picture reminds me so much of a phrase my Mum always says to me, that I came out fighting and always had little fists scrunched up. I’m not sure what she means by this but it is funny the things you remember as a Mum and also how quickly you forget so many of the little details.
I’m trying to soak all those moments in right now, I wish I could bottle them!
This time of year is one of my busiest with lots of Christmas orders to be delivered and new babies to photograph before the break. It’s wonderful and I’m privileged to have the opportunity to work with so many families capturing beautiful moments like these.

I can hardly believe it’s the 1st December today and we are now on count down to Christmas, the excitement has started building in our house as we hung up our daughters advent angel last night and she leapt out of bed this morning to see what was hidden inside one of her many pockets!
Winter is often one of my busiest times with lots of winter babies and their families to photograph and orders to be delivered in time for Christmas, it leaves little time for updating my blog but I had to share just a few of my favourite mother and baby portraits from this recent Baby Photography session in Bond Street, Central London.
I loved photographing these precious moments between a mother and her son, most of them incidental in-between shots that just captured them cuddling and holding hands.

Newborn Photography Session in Peckham Rye with baby Max.
Baby Max arrived 5 weeks early much to the surprise of his parents who thought they were going to hospital for a routine check but returned with a little bundle of joy!
He is absolutely gorgeous and it was such a pleasure to photograph this tiny, precious newborn and to celebrate his arrival with his proud and loving parents.
This is one of my many favourites, showing just how little he was!

I’m so pleased to share these portraits taken at a recent newborn and family photography session in West Norwood.
I first met Sonika & Steven two years ago when they asked me to capture their newborn baby boy and I was delighted to return again this year to capture the first precious moments with their newest addition to their family, a beautiful baby girl!
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is returning to photograph older siblings who I first photographed as tiny newborn babies. To see how they have grown, blossomed and to witness their amazing personalities is a privilege. It’s incredible to think that the last time I photographed them I could gently curl them up into sleepy poses or drape them in their parents arms.
