This is such a precious memory that popped up on my Facebook this week. A portrait I took of our little Bessie 4 years ago (at just one year old) with her favourite teddy.
She still has this teddy (night time ted) and he goes to bed with her every night. He looks a little less fluffy and a lot smaller now! I love this shot, it reminds me that our little baby Sonny is due his one year old baby photography session in just a few weeks time!

I love how elegant this beautiful Mum to be looks in her maternity portrait and her adorable new baby girl photographed a few weeks later sleeping happily on their favourite velvet arm chair.
This was a lovely photography session with new twin parents Ursula and her husband.
I’ve since been very inspired by Ursula with her positive twin parenting blog and Channel Mum video’s. It’s so refreshing to hear a true account of being a twin Mum and to also focus on all the rewarding aspects of parenting two babies!

A few pictures from one of my older baby photography sessions in Clerkenwell. I love how this little darling drifted off in her mothers arms in the middle of our photography session.
We had some beautiful awake shots and then she just couldn’t keep her eyes open! So beautiful.
I’ve photographed this family several times over the years and so it was a real pleasure to return again to capture their new baby boy.
I love including older siblings in my newborn photography sessions and this is one of my favourites from our session at their home in Islington, North London.
I’ve been lucky enough to photograph this proud big brother as a newborn, at 6 months and one year old and again now at 2 years old with his new baby brother. It’s wonderful to record their childhood journey.
