As I’m revisiting some of my 2012 newborn portrait sessions in preparation for the Spring facelift of my website I thought I would share one or two unseen portraits with you along the way!
This little sleeping beauty was absolutely adorable during our newborn photography session at her home in Hoxton, I love meeting the new parents when they are so over joyed with their new arrival – with your first child it is like one journey ends and another begins.
We spent a lovely morning, gently positioning baby Emma into her sleeping poses and when she needed a little comfort moving to the mother and baby portraits which were so gentle and tender. Some of my favourite newborn family portraits are from this session and I’ll be adding some more to my website soon.

The end of a fantastic week which has been filled with gorgeous new arrivals! I started the week with two beautiful baby boys! Both sessions followed on from a maternity session with the new parents at their homes in Waterloo and Raynes Park and it was wonderful to return and meet their new little bundles!
The middle of the week was all about the girls with a beautiful newborn baby session in Holland park, followed by a really fun nct group photography party in Dulwich yesterday with 6 beautiful 8 month old babies and their parents!
I’m thrilled with the results and will be adding portraits from these and other recent sessions to my website and blog soon.
This father and son portrait was taken at a newborn photography session in Clapham – it’s one of my favourites!

A wonderful start to the week, after a very busy weekend photographing some beautiful pregnancy bumps in Balham and Wandsworth, I travelled to Raynes Park today to meet a gorgeous little newborn baby boy for his first portrait session!
It was lovely to revisit mum and dad and big broth Josh after their maternity portrait session before Christmas and meet their new arrival! I always feel so lucky to be the first person to capture those tiny toes and little hands – I can’t wait to show them their gallery!
I will be posting some pictures from these and other shoots very soon.
I also wanted to let you know that I will be fund raising for Great Ormond Street Children’s hospital again this year with my ‘Pop Up Photography Studio’ at the Telegraph Hill Festival in Brockley, South East London. www.telegraphhillfestival.org.uk

I couldn’t resist posting one more portrait form this beautiful maternity portrait session in Greenwich.
You may recognise this lovely couple as I have since been posting some pictures from their newborn session with their gorgeous baby boy!
I’ll be adding some more pictures from recent shoots soon, the last couple of weeks have been very busy with 2013 arrivals and some lovely happy older baby photoshoots too!
Today was spent hand delivering some of my gallery frame orders to Clients in Clapham and Battersea – the finished product is lovely and it is certainly the best way to show off your portraits with maximum impact – I hope to be sharing some images of these and other products with you soon.
I’ll be starting my weekend tomorrow with a maternity portrait session in Balham and finishing on Sunday with my nephews 6th birthday party!
